We believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported in a compassionate therapeutic space.
Our practice brings together therapists with complementary specialties who share a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Together, we support individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional challenges, and relationship growth.
Each therapist brings unique training and perspectives while working collaboratively to help clients find the support that best fits their needs.
The Practice
Our Team
Paula Del Carlo LMHC, NCC, QS, Certified EMDR Therapist
Paula Del Carlo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who founded the practice with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma and emotional distress. She provides a compassionate, supportive space where clients can safely explore difficult experiences and begin the process of meaningful healing.
Paula is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist who specializes in helping clients process and heal from difficult or overwhelming life experiences. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-supported therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, Paula supports clients who are experiencing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and life challenges that may feel difficult to navigate alone.
In addition to EMDR, Paula is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 through the IFS Institute and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2, allowing her to integrate evidence-based approaches for both individual and relationship healing.
Her work focuses on helping clients gain greater emotional balance, develop resilience, and move forward with a renewed sense of clarity and confidence. Paula believes that healing happens in a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, and she is deeply committed to helping clients reconnect with their inner strength and capacity for growth.

She offers a warm, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Hirangi’s approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from strengths-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and Gottman-informed couples therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to understand patterns that may be contributing to stress or conflict and to develop healthier ways of responding.
Her work with couples focuses on improving communication, strengthening emotional connection, and helping partners navigate conflict in a more constructive way.
Hirangi believes that therapy is a space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
Individual & Couples TherapistAlexis Montano MA, RMFTI
Individual & Couples Therapist -Somatic Therapy & IFS Parts WorkAlexis Montano is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who works with individuals and couples seeking greater self-understanding, emotional healing, and more connected relationships. Her approach integrates somatic therapy, IFS (parts work), mindfulness, and couples therapy to help clients explore the emotional patterns that shape their lives and relationships.
Alexis is a Psychosomatic Practitioner trained through the Integrative Psychology Institute®, an ICF Level 2 Life Coach trained through the Institute for Life Coach Training®, and has completed IFS training through the IFS Learning Circle and the IFS Foundation for Coaches at the IFS Institute®.
Many of the clients Alexis works with feel stuck in repeating emotional or relationship patterns, experience anxiety or overwhelm, or notice different “parts” of themselves pulling in different directions. Through a compassionate and collaborative process, she helps clients develop greater awareness of their inner experiences and reconnect with their body’s natural capacity for regulation and healing.
Alexis is also Gottman-trained and works with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Her work supports couples in understanding relationship dynamics and creating more supportive and resilient partnerships.
She believes therapy can be a powerful space for reflection, growth, and transformation, where clients develop insight, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves and others.
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022 The No Surprises Act requires providers to inform their uninsured and private pay patients that they have a right to a
“Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
